Sony's 28-70mm f/2 GM is an incredible piece of glass, and here's why. Today, we're putting one of my all-time favorite lenses, the Sony 28-70mm f/2 GM, to the test. I took it out to the Santa Monica Pier during golden hour, sunset, and blue hour for a full real-world photoshoot. My friend Kausha Campbell joined as our model while we experimented with moody lighting, shutter drag photography, and cinematic portrait techniques using the Sony A1. The 28-70mm f/2 GM has become my go-to lens because of its incredible versatility.
